A BIG Day!

This is an important day for me. I am making a run at weight loss....again. I'm had failed attempt after failed attempt and I'm not gonna take it anymore. I'm 35 years old and I don't want to be fat anymore!!!! I'm going to attack it from a few directions:

1) PORTION CONTROL.. Its a real problem for me. I've been reading a lot about this lately and boy was it an awakening. Using the palm, closed fist and thumb are the guidelines for portioning. I think mine are typically more dinner plate sized...lol
2) Stop randomly snacking.
3) Exercise daily at least 20 minutes every day.
4) Eat more fresh food.

I have also recruited some partners for "Game On", but don't know if they are motivated. I guess we'll see.....

Weight loss goal: I would like to lose 10 lbs in 4 weeks(by Feb. 21, 2010)
